Find out how the whole criminal justice system works – federal, state, county and municipal levels in the United States. Find out where all the jobs are for interpreters interested in working with law enforcement, the courts, and with Corrections (healthcare interpreters also). This will give you a very broad knowledge of how things work at each level, and how they do not necessarily overlap or go up a given chain.

For interpreters, translators, attorneys, and any other bilingual professionals interested in how this system works. Handouts will be provided - the PowerPoint presentation has 137 slides to guide you.
